I’ll try it thank you Jack !!! After I get my other problem solved of trying to connect to a WiFi to add more data so Apple support can see inside but I live in a very rural community no WiFi and I have a hacker controlling my phone totally one word I know gives it a different meaning to the problem “ virtually cannot catch him “ I tried AT&T phone was redirected 1st time was on hold for an hour then on 2nd hour phone went to static for 2 hours , AT&T sent info to my hackers contact in my phone 2nd call redirect agent couldn’t tell me who to report this problem about a hacker too and had to send me a text message for Apple support I found very odd also , 2019 Verizon support was great 1 in particular tried very hard , he tried doing a factory reset he told me hang up now call the FBI I did but no response, I believe I called the wrong place in the FBI , Google gave me about 5 places to report but hacker blacks it or whites it out , he use to take them , I know hacker is linked , synced and embedded it’s terrorizing, malicious, cruel , and ruining my life for some other great answers ?
