Why does iunlocker.com shows different purchase date? I have 12 pro and the website says it was purchased in 1978. How does it possible?

Well, given that there were no iPhones in 1978, it seems safe to assume that the issue is with the website. So that's where you need to ask.
I advise against clicking on these links.
It is a "reseller tool" to remove iCloud activation locks and allow use of any on carrier of choice. Odd that such an official tool misreads so badly.
