iPhone carrier locked

I purchased my iPhone in oman from the authorised apple retailer and it was already unlocked. I used it in india for more than a year and afterwards when I changed my Sim card carrier from Idea to airtel it got carrier locked. I went everywhere and even contacted both apple and carrier for help but they say that they can’t help. Please I need a solution.
