How get refund when item not shown in purchase history?

I have an iTunes Store purchased album that won't play - it demands reauthorisation, but still won't play after authorisation steps followed apparently successfully.

I would like a refund so I can repurchase as the album is still in iTunes Store.

However, the album does not show up in my purchase history which runs back to 2007 but the offending album was added to my then Mac in 2005 according to 'get info' on the files for each track. The refund request process at reportaproblem.apple.com hits the stops as it requires the offending item to be picked from the proffered list.

The album doesn't show up either in the account/purchases window in Music.

Where do I go from here?

Delete and redownload the songs which won't play; if you get told that you'll be charged again, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for assistance.
