If I cannot access the songs and albums that I have paid for I want a refund for all of them over the last 15 years

I have purchased and paid for many songs and albums Apple will not allow me access to them. Apple will not allow a human access to a human for help. I am getting no help trying to email Apple or from apple.com

If you are still using the same Apple ID, are in the same country, and the content is still available, you may be able to redownload fresh copies at no charge. Follow the steps in here:
