Why are active energy and move calories in health app different?

I have noticed that my new Watch “deletes” calories, for example at 11:30 i have already burned 400 calories, and at 11:50 it says 350…

Also, in my healt app, active energy and move are very different….

I already deleted my old watch from my account, so that shouldnt be it..

Thanks for your help!!!

Hey there, marialuisa12-12!

We appreciate you reaching out on Apple Support Communities. From our understanding, your Activity app on the Apple Watch and the Health app on your iPhone don’t match. We can certainly understand your concern and want to ensure you’re getting the best information when it comes to your health.

To get started, we’d recommend following the steps listed here: Calibrating your Apple Watch for improved Workout and Activity accuracy - Apple Support

Additionally, are both your iPhone and Apple Watch up-to-date with the latest iOS version? If not, we’d recommend creating a backup of your iPhone prior to updating either device, since the Apple Watch backup is included:

If everything looks good, we’d recommend reaching out to Apple directly for additional assistance using:  Get Support

Kindest regards!
