Bouncing photos on WhatsApp

Does anyone know when the issue with sharing bouncing or looped photos on WhatsApp will be fixed?

Shared photos in iMessages Ever since the last update to 16.3, when attempting to “Show All” under photos in iMessage I get a message “More photos will be shown once Messages finishes indexing”. I have attempted a fix I found but that didn’t work. Apple is there a a bug causing this? And what is the fix for this problem?
