Can someone hack in my iCloud if so how can I protect it or fix it

It is possible for someone to gain access to your iCloud, How ever, they would need your Apple ID and your Apple ID password.
In order to protect your iCloud data, you can enable two factor authentication (a random 6-digit code will be sent out each time someone wants to log into your icloud).
If your iCloud account have been breached, try changing your password.
