Launchpad App Order Keeps Changing

Hello,

I have experienced this very annoying thing on all my Macs that I updated to macOS 12. When the computer is restarted or a new app is installed, the order of the apps in the Launchpad is changed with no apparent pattern, no matter how many times I re-order them. I rely on Launchpad a lot and was wondering if there is a way of preventing this?
