Where do I take the trade-in to mail it back? They gave me a box and it says FedEx Ground but I wanted to confirm that I'm supposed to take it to any FedEx drop-off facility, or does it need to be processed in a certain way?
You can take it to any FedEx location.
I took mine to a FedEx Office Print & Ship Center.

As long as you have a FedEx label affixed to the package, you can drop it off at any FedEx location, drop box or other location that accepts FedEx packages for shipping.
