Apple Watch Series 7 Showing Red Charging Light Going to Watch Face and Showing Red Charging Light Again

My Apple Watch Series 7 shows a red charging circle and then goes to the watch face and then shows the red charging circle again.

The watch is thinking that it is being removed from the charger and being placed back on the charger.

I have a second Apple Watch Series 7 and it charges fine.

I am using the same charger with both of the watches
