Is my verification codes which are the authenticator for some websites are backed up with my iCloud?

We're happy to provide some insight into this for you. iCloud backups include any data stored in the device settings. If these codes are saved under Settings > Passwords, then yes they are saved as a part of the iCloud backup. You can get more info on this here:
Keep in mind that if you are only syncing to iCloud and not actually backing up, then this data would not be included.
