iPhone 13 wallpapers are not there!

Hello everyone. I just bought iPhone 13 to replace my old iPhone.

I transferred all the data via phone and I noticed that the wallpapers present are the same ones pre-loaded on the iPhone 7. The new ones are not there!

I then tried to initialize the iPhone by installing the backup of the old one (as suggested by Apple support) but nothing to do.

I also tried a clean install but the new wallpapers just aren't there.

How come? What can I do? I have also updated to iOS 15.2
