Error code 75 on iTunes

Iphone refuse to restore. Bring out error code 75. Am using Windows 10 with latest iTunes. Firmware 15.2. Kindly help me out. The iPhone is in disable mode that is why I want to restore it. Thanks

Passcode Locked and Disabled
