I can’t remember my password on notes. I have to open it for some important details.

You are not going to be able to open locked notes without entering the right password. You will get unlimited guesses to determine that password for the locked note.

NOTE, if you reset the password to lock the notes, then that change will only affect future notes that you will lock. Your previous locked notes can only be opened with the previous password.
