I have a brand new I Phone 13 Pro and I am getting a message that says “unable to verify that this I Phone had a genuine Apple camera.” I am about to take it back.

Taking it back would have been the advice. There is a hardware failure.
Take it back to where you purchased it from. Something does not seem right about your new iPhone 13 Pro if you purchased it from a reputable authorized retailer or directly from Apple.
