The touchbar on my 2019 Mac flickers constant when powering up out of sleep mode. It even seems to make it take longer. I always thought Apple created high quality products. But this is very disappointing. How can it be fixed?

Troubleshooting a Flickering Keyboard:
Cache Resets:
Applies to Intel-Based Macs Only: Sometimes changes are made that require the system caches to be reset. So, attempt the following by using your keyboard:
The intent of the SMC Reset (and NVRAM) is that the internal devices, like the Touch Bar, would be reset. With these caches now having being made anew, see if this works as intended. In all, the Touch Bar will now be back its default settings.
