Change my passcode and ID
How do I go about changing everything I have no idea ! I want to change my passcode and ID because I can’t remember what it was !

Have you checked Settings/Your Name to see if your ID is signed in there? Also check Settings/Messages and Settings/FaceTime.
See if you can recover the ID/password. Use every email address you can think of.

If you forgot the Apple ID (iCloud) password, enter the Apple (iCloud) ID, and click Forgot Password. See if you can get a Rescue or Notification email option if necessary. Link to contact Apple Support at the end of the 2nd article.
