reinstall game on new device

got new ipad and want to get a game that I have been playing for years. i know my ID # for the game but app opens with totally new ID # and it seems I have to start from scratch.......game is Klondike

Contact the app developer for help syncing your progress to your new device. Some apps have an option in the game's settings to provide your details.
