reinstall game on new device

got new ipad and want to get a game that I have been playing for years. i know my ID # for the game but app opens with totally new ID # and it seems I have to start from scratch.......game is Klondike

I need help with an old game on my old iPad I have an old iPad (that I bought) and it still works terrific. I like playing Fishdom 3 Collector's Edition on it, that I bought ages ago. Well, something went wrong with the game and I had to download it again and reinstall. But this time when it asks me if I already purchased it, I clicked on that button and nothing happens. I’m having problems getting a new game started for my son. I’ve signed off the ipad and signed him on, deleted the game and reloaded it. The game still defaults to my account. What do I do next? Contact the app developer for help syncing your progress to your new device. Some apps have an option in the game's settings to provide your details.
