Old Apple ID and passwords

Can’t access my old iPad as it has a different ID/ password. I’ve tired changing the password as I can’t remember it but keep getting the same thing coming up telling me to sign in with the original one I set it up with!

I have old iPad I need to sign on ID and password it won’t take my info I have a old IPAD from 2013 and I have a iPad bought in 2019. I went to use my old iPad today and it is making me log in with my Apple ID and my password. However it will not accept it. So I changed my password on my iPad from 2019 and tried to log in on old iPad and it still won’t accept my I’d and password. What do I do?

I would love to know how to do this as well. I’ve already sent in my license to verify my identity but never got any response back from apple
