iPhone shows as a Question Mark in the Finder

When I connected iPhone 13 Pro to my MacBook Pro 2020, it shows as a Question Mark on the top of the Finder. And it also doesn't shows an iPhone icon on the sidebar. Any idea how to get back the proper icon? Thanks.

I'm using 11.6.2 of Big Sur

Hi makirin92,

Thanks for coming to Apple Support Communities for help today. It sounds like your iPhone is showing as a question mark in Finder.

It does appear your iOS is out-of-date. The current iOS version is 15.2. We'd advise updating and then checking again: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.

Let us know if it is still happening.

Have a fantastic day!
