My I-12 won’t pair with the JBL Flip.
My 12 won’t pair with my JBL flip and my old 7+ will. Turned Bluetooth on and off several times and rebooted the phone also. I checked my settings and didn’t see anything wrong.

If you already unpaired that device from your 7+, then put the speaker in discovery mode, AND if you already tried (to no avail) all the steps provided in the support article that led you here, AND if your 12 can connect to different BT devices successfully, I suggest that you contact JBL support team, explain your problem, and ask them if there's a firmware update for your specific model.
