How to reconnect my HomePod Mini to the Apple Home app?

Hi everyone,

I have been having problems with my homepod mini recently, one of them being that it won't play songs from one album but it will play every other song from other albums. I tried to fix the problem by turning off the homepod mini for a few seconds and turning it back on, but that didn't work at all. Then I decided to remove my homepod mini from my apple id account, and when I tried to reconnect my homepod mini with the Apple Home app, I was not able to. I kept on being asked for a QR Code that is not a part of the Homepod Mini box/device. I have tried putting my iPhone 13 Pro Max and iPad 12.9" near the HomePod Mini in an attempt to set it up while using the Home app and nothing has worked. I have tried resetting my homepod mini with my MacBook, but I just get an error notification every time. I have tried looking for information on this through the apple support sight but nothing is helpful, I have tried looking on other tech websites to see if there was something helpful, I have not found anything. If anyone can help me with my problem, I would highly appreciate it. I have also attached a picture below of what comes up when I attempt reset my homepod mini.
