Calls on Mac Mini M1 via AirPods

I have a problem where if my airpods is connected to my Mac Mini and i enter a call the sound quality decreases immensly, the reciever also gets poor audio from my mic.

I would like to ask for recommendations to fix that issue somehow.

The AirPods connects to the Mac perfectly, the problem only occures during calls, like a discrod call or a google merting for instance.

The AirPods works perfectly during calls if it’s connected to another device.

Thanks for your reply in advance.

Poorly shielded high speed USB 3 cables, drives and devices, can cause weak/intermittent BlueTooth and Wi-Fi reception.

If you have any high speed USB cables, drives or devices near the front or side of the Mac Mini, try moving them back behind to see if that helps. If not, then try disconnecting one external cable, drive or device at a time to see if that helps.
