Green iphone screen after dropping it few days ago

hello, i dropped my phone few days ago

at first it had slight barely visible lines on the bottom of the screen, the next day the bottom of the screen turned entirely light green, i could still use the iphone but something was clearly wrong with my phone, and by today my phone looks like this entirely green screen slightly flashing/glitching, the screen isnt damaged on outside. ill upload the picture right below this, if anyone knows why does this occure or how to help it if i can myself at home id be so glad, thanks in advance.

Sorry no. We, just users like you, cannot diagnose that kind of issue remotely.

I suggest that you make an appointment (*) and have your device inspected at an Apple Store or AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) among this list:--> Apple – Location Selector. After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options.
