Transferring Iphone 11 to iphone 13

We understand that you’re attempting to transfer data from one device to another and are receiving an error about device space. 

Could you please tell us how you’re attempting to transfer this data? For example, are you using Quick Start when first setting up your iPhone 13, are you restoring a backup or something else? 

When you see a message about storage space, the next question we’d have is what’s the capacity of your iPhone 11 and what’s the capacity of your iPhone 13? You’ll find that in Settings > General > About under Capacity. 30 GB may not be enough, depending on how much data is on your iPhone 11.

Alright, let's see if we can try another method for transferring data. Do you create backups of your iPhone to iCloud or perhaps to a computer? In order to use iCloud for backups, it sounds like you’d need to have upgraded iCloud storage in order to make the backup. You can check for the most recent iCloud backup in Settings > your name > iCloud > iCloud backup. 

If there is a current iCloud backup, instead of using Quick Start on your iPhone 13, let's skip that by choosing Set Up Manually and opt to restore from the backup.
