Does anybody can answer to this question ? It seems that a big whole subsist on parental control on IOS. My children keep using their iPhone hotspot to play on any other devices !! Please Apple, fill this whole to strengthen and support your parental control functionality !!

You might be able to disable wireless hotspot usage with parental controls. Go to Settings > Cellular, and make sure that Personal Hotspot is disabled. Then go to Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions, and enter your passcode if prompted. Scroll down to Cellular Data Changes, and switch that to Don't Allow.
