Anything else connected?

The panic log doesn't indicate any third-party kernel extensions were loaded at the time of the panic, so while you have several installed, they would not be the cause.

It seems to be related to a drive, but that is all speculation based on the panic signature and last loaded kext.

You have a lot of completely useless system modifications running. They, in and of themselves, will not cause a kernel panic, but they could possible trigger some obscure problem in Apple's kexts.

You have several USB Ethernet adaptors installed. Are they all necessary?

What is the point of monitoring the Mac with iStat? I've never had any Mac that I had to monitor what was going on.

With so many system modifications, I would suggest you erase the startup volume group, reinstall the OS, and test before migrating or installing anything. When the Startup Assistant runs, create a new username you aren't using, now. You can then migrate your current user once you determine if it is not a hardware problem.

Migrate just your user data, then test again.

If that succeeds, reinstall just the apps you need to do whatever it is you do on the Mac.

If you really think you need those system modifications, install them one-at-a-time, in order of necessity. Test after each installation.

I've noticed two items:

1 - Unless you're using a true VPN tunnel, such as between you and your employer, school or bank's servers, they are useless from a privacy standpoint.  Read these two articles: Public VPN's are anything but private and Former Malware Distributor Kape Technologies Now Owns ExpressVPN, CyberGhost, Private Internet Access, Zenmate, and a Collection of VPN “Review” Websites

VPN apps have been known to cause issues before so try uninstalling according to the developer's instructions and test to see if that helps. Then it's your call if you want to continue to use it.

2 - you have many ad blocker extensions added to Safari. I would reduce that to just one ad blocker. The rest are somewhat superfluous.

Then try Barney-15E's recommendations to isolate the software from the hardware.

Hello Banrey-15E,

Hello Old Toad,

im very Sorry about my english.

Yes i have 2-3 External USB-C Parts. 1 Anker USB-C Hub 1 Anker USB-C to HDMI Adapter. Because the Anker USB-C Hub make Problems with mit external USB-C LG Monitor. When i am connecting the Monitor with a separate Anker USB-C to HDMI Adapter the Monitor make no Problem. Then im using an external USB 3.0 Harddrive for TimeMachine. Temporary im connecting other Devices.

I uninstalled Adguard. VPN im Only using to Connect my home Server when im not at home. On First Jan 2022 i upgraded from 11.6.2 to 12.1

Today i have no Kernels Panics. It seems that Montery fix the Problem. When im using the MBA with no Adapters i have also no Problem. At first i think the external Monitor who was connectet directly via usb-c is the Problem then i think the external Harddrive makes Problems.

Thank you very much for your Help. I test all the next Days and give an answer if it helps.
