refund for MacBook air2020 and fraud advisors issues

I have done 3 repairs on MacBook Air 2020 for heating and display issues and still it is not resolved.

M asking for refund from apple but executives fooling around since 5-6 months. Finally refund was approved by one of them and at the Time of submission that advisor got changed and new one not ready to accept it.

what to do when Apple senior advisors only making fraud and apple simply turning back from their words of refund for such faulty product of their own?
