I'm being charged TWICE for one purchase, how can I get a refund for that second charge?

I bought robux for my lil sister on 03-06-2020 which costs 73.98 SAR. I was charged the full amount that day. Today 12-07-2020, I received a notification from my bank says that a payment has been made with amount of 73.98 for Apple again. I believe that Apple is charging me twice for that same thing because I have not made any purchases since then. One of the transactions is on 03-06-2020 while the other one is on 12-07-2020 and I only bought those robux once. I would like to request a refund in the amount of 73.98 SAR since it was a double charge for one purchase but i couldn't find any email to send to. I have tried to submit an online refund request but every time i click to submit a massege shows that says "We're Sorry. We are unable to complete your request at this time. Please try again or come back later."
