I purchased storage on the Apple ICloud years ago, primarily to store photos because I'd use up my amount of free storage. I can see all my photos on my iPhone but realized I have no idea how to access my iCloud storage from my PC. Can anyone help me?
One option is to use an internet browser and log into www.icloud.com

Be aware that you will be able to view photos that were synced to iCloud Photos Set up and use iCloud Photos - Apple Support but you cannot view the contents of an iCloud Backup (Photos are included in iCloud Backup if iCloud Photos is not turned on).
