How can i found that what is my carrier? My phone doesn’t activate , is there any way for finding my carrier?

Used iPhone purchase? Contact the seller for this information, or for a refund.
Maybe contact Apple Support directly, or visit your preferred carrier, and ask them which carrier is holding the lock.
Expect to need the iPhone serial number, which is in fine print on the back, assuming it hasn’t worn off.
