Must Forget Bluetooth Headphones Everytime to Reconnect Them

Hello,

I you all are having a wonderful new year! I recently got my self an iPad Pro 11” 2021. I have a pair of JBL LIVE400 bluetooth headphones that work wonderfully with my iPhone 6S. When I initially pair my headphones with my iPad, it works perfectly. However, if I turn my headphones off then turn them back on, they do not automatically connect to my iPad. Typically, the headphones will automatically connect to any recognized devices in range. As well, if I go into the Bluetooth settings to manually select the headphones under “My Devices”, the message below shows:

This occurs everytime I turn off then turn on my headphones. I have tried resetting my iPad, updating to the latest iOS as of this morning, and resetting the network configurations.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
