Keyboard shortcuts on non-Apple Keyboard?

Anyone out there have a link to a description of MacOS keyboard shortcuts to use on a non-Apple keyboard?

The shortcuts will be the same as when using an Apple keyboard. The only difference is what keys on the keyboard correspond to cmd and option.

On standard Windows keyboards, cmd will the Windows key, and option will be the “Alt” key.
