Audio when screen recording

Hi,

I’ve noticed an issue when screen recording. When I watch the recording back, the audio seems to be skewed to the left side when listening with headphones (louder on the left compared to the right).

I’m on the latest update on iPhone SE (2020) and have tried recording with and without headphones. Is this an issue with my phone or with Apple products generally?

Hello wrenjen,

It sounds like when you listen to screen recordings with your headphones, it sounds louder on the left side.

You can check some of your settings. Here are some resources that might help:

Adjust the audio settings on iPhone.

Depending on the type of headphones you are using, you also may want to check out Customize headphone audio levels on your iPhone or iPad.

You can also try with different headphones as well to see if they are isolated to the one pair.
