how do I know what Cache files are ok to delete?

My messasges that I delete on my iPhone still show up on my Mac. I read that I should delete my cache. How do I know what folders I should delete?

Where did you read that?


Deleting the Messages:

Just delete them from the Messages app on your Mac. Is that not working for you?

Deleting the Messages:

Just delete them from the Messages app on your Mac. Is that not working for you?
