Hello,

Hello,

If double tapping with three fingers did not work to turn Zoom off, this articles has a few more options for controlling it that may help.

Zoom in on the iPhone screen - Apple Support

"To see more of the screen, do any of the following:

    • Adjust the magnification: Double-tap the screen with three fingers (without lifting your fingers after the second tap), then drag up or down. Or triple-tap with three fingers, then drag the Zoom Level slider.
    • Move the Zoom lens: (Window Zoom) Drag the handle at the bottom of the Zoom lens.
    • Pan to another area: (Full Screen Zoom) Drag the screen with three fingers."

If none of that works the screen may have become unresponsive. This article has steps for that.

If the screen isn't working on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

"If your screen is too sensitive or responds intermittently to touch

  1. Restart your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Make sure that your screen is clean and free of any debris or water.
  3. Disconnect any Lightning or USB-C accessories. If your screen works after removing an accessory, try using a different outlet, cable, or charger.
  4. Remove any cases or screen protectors.

If part of your screen doesn't respond, responds intermittently, or responds even when it's not touched, contact Apple Support for your iPhone or iPad."

I hope this helps.
