Merge Accounts
I have 2 phones and 2 ICloud accounts, I wish to merge them a drop one account and one phone number. Is this possible?

iCloud accounts cannot be merged. If you have purchases that you wish to share between accounts, you would need to enable a family share (apple.com/family-sharing). But, you can certainly stop using one of the accounts.
