Microphone issue after updated to iOS 14. None of these steps work. Is there any software to download for microphone to fix?

I Download and installed. Then after that any calls i received it dropped. Then i thought it needs to reboot. Then i didn’t realised when i check my video which I shared in FB was no sound. Then when i checked all my Videos, it’s no sound at all.

also i used Siri to make timer but Siri also didn’t work.

then i checked also my Voice Memos, didn’t work as well.

Even my Garage Band, says on the photo—#1. The #2 photo after i check some settings using microphone then some message appears on top after i turned on “Voice Control”.

then after that i check all apple support, everything even YouTube, all settings reset, i deleted all apps, i’ve wait all latest update and it’s all updated and still the same. i went to Genius bar, says, need to buy new phone and needs to wait new update, until i waited and updated to the latest.

and now the video also is not working in any Web Browser.

it’s just Black but its running and with sound.

now i have 2 problems with my phone.
