No. Accidental damage isn't covered under limited warranty. Here are the US terms, which are pretty universal for Apple around the world.

https://www.apple.com/legal/warranty/products/ios-warranty-document-us.html
This Warranty does not apply:
(d) to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, fire, liquid contact, earthquake or other external cause;

If the case is damaged, it's pretty much only "repaired" by Apple at the out of warranty price, which is really going to be complete replacement with an equivalent device that can be new or refurbished. It is my understanding that replacement devices take on the remainder of any original warranty (I may be wrong about that). The current replacement price by Apple is $449 plus tax in the United States, although it may be different outside the US and/or when done through an Apple Authorized Service Provider.

Phone 13 repair costs in the United States
Out-of-warranty prices apply only to repairs made by Apple. Apple Authorized Service Providers may set their own prices.
Other damage (out of warranty)
iPhone 13 $449

Addendum: the remainder of the warranty will apply.

Our guarantee after service
We guarantee our service, including replacement parts, for 90 days or the remaining term of your Apple warranty or AppleCare+ coverage, whichever is longer. We offer this whenever you get service from us or from an Apple Authorized Service Provider. This is in addition to rights provided by consumer law.
