I paid for MyFitnessPal premium and it is not recognizing me as a premium client.

MyFitnessPal premium was paid, I don’t have access to premium use of the app? I can’t find anyone to help through apple?

We definitely want you to be able to use the premium features of the app after you have paid for them and we're happy to help. We see you came through from an article about how to cancel a subscription. If you have completed the steps in the article to make sure the subscription is still active, then we'd recommend reaching out to the developer of the app for assistance using the steps here: How to contact an app developer
