Peacock Premium Subscription not working
I subscribed to Peacock Premium Plus through the App Store. I was charged and received a receipt through Apple and my bank, but did not receive anything from Peacock.
When I sign in to Peacock, it tells me that I need to upgrade to Premium and shows me as being on the free plan. When i try to upgrade, it tells me I already have a premium account and extends it another month. Trying to watch anything prompts me to upgrade my account again.
I have logged out, uninstalled the app, reset my phone, iPad, and Roku devices, and reinstalled the app with the same results.
