I subscribed to Peacock through apple on my phone and I received a confirmation email. When I try to use the app it shows that I still have the “free” plan but when I click on “upgrade” it says I have a premium plan already. Also, when I try to watch premium shows it says I need to upgrade first but, again, when I click “upgrade” it says I already have a premium plan. Please advi

If this is for the app on a different Apple device than originally used to start the subscription, then see if you can find a “Restore Purchases” option on the Sign In page. That is Apple’s recommended way for apps to handle in-app purchases across devices. You will need to sign in again for this procedure to complete, once for each device, as it will prompt for App Store credentials.
