Where is my PEACOCKTV subscription?

I signed up for Peacock annual subscription on June 2, 2024 which would expire on June 1, 2025. I haven't been able to watch PEACOCKTV since January 1, 2025. I have my receipt from my Wells Fargo credit card showing my payment to PEACOCKTV. I have uninstalled app and restarted my phone and nothing. Where is my subscription? Peacock wants me to buy another annual subscription for $79.99 and I want what I have paid for. I still have 6 months left on my subcription.

These are fellow user-supported public communities. No Apple employees participate here and we certainly cannot resolve your issues with that subscription.

Contact that subscription channel customer support, and convince them you have a receipt for the subscription. Uninstalling that peacocktv app may have potentially removed all data associated with it including the app's knowledge of your subscription.

Thank you. I contacted peacock tv this a.m. and it has been resolved. i now have access again. I just did a screenshot of my credit card statement. Completed in under 3 minutes. Thanks for your help.

If the receipt is from Peacock, you may have signed up directly through their website rather than through Apple. In that case you need to contact them directly.
