If you are talking about a 3rd party subscription then the Apple TV channel subscriptions are considered separate from those that are subscribed to directly within the provider's app. If this in regards to Apple TV Plus then make sure you are logged in with the account that holds your subscription. If you need to verify anything further you can always contact Apple support.
