Subscription from EE app not loaded after 24 hours

I have signed up for 6months free through EE app and the subscription hasn’t loaded and it’s been over 24hours now

iPhone 16 Plus, iOS 26

If your EE Apple subscription hasn’t loaded after 24 hours:

  1. Check EE app → subscription status
  2. Sign out/sign in to your Apple ID
  3. Refresh subscriptions in App Store
  4. Ensure same Apple ID is used
  5. Open the relevant Apple service app
  6. If still missing → EE must resend activation

This always fixes the problem.
