If you deleted the App, how do you know the subscription stopped working?
Did you re-install the app?
If not, then how or where are trying to use the subscription then?
Usually deleting Apps does not cancel the associated subscription.
Does the subscription appear on your Apple ID?

Was the subscription started directly on the App's website? If so, you may need to log in in the App to the account that holds the subscription.
