Unable to access App despite paid subscription

Bigwhale App subscription paid but can no longer access for the past week despite subscription ending in May 2024.


contacted Developer but was told to contact Apple support as the subscription was done via Apple istore. Developer was unable to find my subscription details at their end. Pls advise. Thanks.

despite subscription ending in May 2024.

If the subscription ended in MAY 2024, over a month ago, then you can no longer use the app. You would need to renew the subscription to use the app.

If the subscription ended in MAY 2024, over a month ago, then you can no longer use the app. You would need to renew the subscription to use the app.
