can I unblock a founded iPhone?
I find a iphone 11 pro at usa before 1 month i find at the street and i go at albania now the phone i blocked from apple and lost my question is can i unblock with iphone

Apple doesn't block phones, cell service providers do. If you tried to set up the phone you found (which depending on the state where you found it could be theft) and ran into Activation Lock you would need to find the person who set that lock to get it removed. Apple will not help you with this. If you have a message that the iPhone is carrier locked you will need to contact the carrier it is locked to and ask them what there unlock policy is and if you qualify. If their is an IMEI block by the carrier there is nothing you can do.
