How do you delete accessories, rooms set up on iPad as hub.

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. Sounds like you need help with removing accessories from the Home app. If so, allow us to help out. You'll want to open the Home app and make sure you tap on Home on the bottom of the screen. From here, select the specific accessory you're trying to remove. Once you've selected the accessory, tap on the gear icon on the bottom right side and scroll down to the very bottom of the screen. There should be a button that reads "Remove Accessory". If you see it, tap on that option to remove the accessory.
